基於正式的網站開發與維護規劃，請協助建立一個內部測試站台，供正式上線前的文件上架、插件與佈景主題的套用測試

  1. 測試站與正式站使用相同的 redmine 版本
  2. Cloudflare 配置 DNS A Record
  3. New site configration for nginx
