Department manager in an organization have the right to approve leave for his departments. This means that the HR manager can approve leave for employees in the HR department, but cannot approve leave for employees in the accounting department or other department. The department manager's leave will be approved by the supervisor above him.

But when I give the 「Edit leave」 permission of "ACL settings" to a department manager, he can approve the leave of employees in other departments, and even his own personal leave.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, but it's just not accepted in Taiwan's actual situation.

I will have a consultation with our developers' team on this point and will let you know what is the result afterward.
